Absolutely! A huge part of our menu caters for people with allergies and food intolerances. 
 
We have a range of foods for example that are free from gluten, wheat, oats, dairy, egg and soy, and vegan. 
 
We cannot however, guarantee that our kitchen or foods are free from cross-contamination with nuts or other cereals. 
Yes! We have partnered with Deliveroo for online order and Delivery. (ADD LINK when set up) 
We’re always looking to showcase the talents of our local artistic community and would love to chat with you. In the first instance, please email hello@vanillamoon.co.uk with details and pictures of your products and provide your phone and contact details. 
It’s always been our intention to be a hub for the local community with a space to meet. However, we must always adhere to the government guidelines. The best thing is to contact us at hello@vanillamoon.co.uk and let us know your requirements.

We are following all current government guidelines in terms of social distancing, spacing out our seating areas and ensuring the shop has a maximum number of clients inside at any one time. We will also be collecting contact details for anyone sitting in as per current government guidelines. We kindly request that all our customers adhere to guidelines too, such as wearing a mask when inside and ordering. 
Yes, we are happy to accommodate large orders. Call or email us to discuss your requirements! 
As a café, we are not currently operating a table booking service. It’s first come, first served! 
Unfortunately not, however, Isleworth Station Car Park is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, or on nearby on-street parking.

FAQ's / Online 

Yes, a selection of our instore products are also available to purchase online. You can find them here 
We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days of being dispatched. All orders are shipped from the UK. 
Please email us on hello@vanillamoon.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. 
If you do need to return an item for whatever reason, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return instore or by post the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange once we have received your item.

Once you have received an order confirmation from us, we can no longer amend it through the website. If you do wish to amend your order please contact us, and as long as your order hasn't been sent for delivery we may be able to update your order for you. Please note: we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed. 
If your item is missing, faulty, damaged or not as expected please contact us first, by email on hello@vanillamoon.co.uk and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.
