Shipping	All orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.  Standard Orders are posted within 48 hours, Personalised Items within 7 days and Feather Art within 21 days. Refunds & Returns	Ready Made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing they are in the same perfect condition they were delivered in. Custom Designs are un-returnable as every effort is made to ensure you the customer are happy with your design before posting. Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your postage costs provided the order is damaged or faulty. 		Insurance	Due to strict guidelines by Paypal and the inclusion of tracking numbers with International parcels, it has become necessary to ask all customers that live outside of the United Kingdom to purchase International insurance (Airsure signed for) if your order is valued more than 20.00 GBP (before postage costs). Orders made by International customers over the above amount that have not purchased International Insurance will be refunded straight away International Insurance £8.00
